This is a country gravy recipe we have adopted to be dairy free as well it ended up rather good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Over medium high heat melt butter
  2. add rice flour, stir until bubbly and light golden brown.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and milk constantly.
  4. Turn heat down to medium stirring till gravy comes to a boil and thickens
  5. Add water and additional salt to taste and consistency
  6. remove from heat and serve.
