The rolls can be made ahead – bake them, let them cool in the pans, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Warm for a few minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Store in an air-tight container on your counter for two days. Slice and freeze any remaining bagels.

We made these gluten free biscuits last night they went really well with the dairy free gluten free gravy. It was a really well done recipe and was good the next day for lunch as well.
It was also a really satisfying and filling meal.
We tried these last nights it was just me and the kids… and it was a hit… next time I may season the cornmeal with maybe some chili powder -or something- to give it that extra umph.
I cooked probably 7 tilapia filets and I could have made more it was split between myself, an eleven year old, and two three year olds.
We paired it with tatertots (of course) and some asparagus cooked in the oven.
This is a country gravy recipe we have adopted to be dairy free as well it ended up rather good.
